Join us on Sunday, September 15th at Pedalers Fork in Calabasas for a Tour de Summer Camps training ride led by Robbie Schaeffer, owner of Pedalers Fork. 
Everyone who meets their fundraising minimum by Sunday, September 15th at 7:00 am will be entered to win a Pedaler Fork Gift Card!

A major part of your safety during the event will be your training leading up to it. Training is essential for a successful ride and will help you to prepare mentally and physically for Tour de Summer Camps. Your goal is to train on a regular basis, increasing your mileage each week. Focus on gaining strength and endurance, and be sure to pace yourself and listen to your body. Do not forget to include time to allow your body to recover. Rest is as important as activity and is often overlooked when trying to manage a training schedule.

Below are some recommended training schedules leading up to Tour de Summer Camps. Remember, these schedules are only suggestions. Plan your weeks of training according to what works best for you.
